MAXIMILIANO VERDUGO
Max founded Mind2Muscle Personal Training with the goal to build the best team in the industry. He is dedicated to helping people achieve their optimal health and fitness through personal training. With his team of skilled trainers, Max is committed to providing the highest quality service possible.
Max has an extensive background in physical therapy, functional movement and sports. He has been able to successfully grow his personal business by aiding athletes through rehabilitation and transforming their injuries into strengths. He has built out a dynamic team of personal trainers all grounded with the same client-centered mindset but all equipped with diverse skillsets. The Mind2Muscle team is proud to offer premium services to their community and believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality personal training.
CECILIA PONCE
Cecilia became a personal trainer and group instructor while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science at UCLA and is currently pursuing a Master in Public Health at UCLA. With 7 years in the fitness industry, she focuses on integrity, gratitude, consistency, and maintaining a positive mindset. She aims to empower clients to identify their visions and reach their individualized goals.Cecilia specializes in improving self-confidence and catering programming to clients’ needs.

KAILEE SANGALANG
Kailee graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and a concentration in clinical movement science. Her studies have allowed her to assess fitness and health in a holistic and functional way, as well as understand that fitness is subjective to the individual. With experience working at Mamba Academy in Sports Performance, she has gained expertise on muscular adaption for high performing athletes. Kailee integrates confidence and consistency into her clients' lifestyles.

DANIEL URGUILLA
Daniel is an experienced fitness trainer who will help you build a long-term healthy lifestyle. He is an expert at client transformation through quality exercises and nutritional guidance. He is great at turning clients into their best self and challenging them to be stronger than they could possibly imagine.
